Description

The T-330H sets itself apart from traditional thicknessers with its helical cutter head, unlike conventional straight blade systems, the helical design delivers a shearing action as it engages the workpiece. This results in a significantly smoother finish with reduced chipping and tear-out, along with noticeably quieter operation compared to the loud chopping action of traditional HSS cutter heads.

The helical cutter head is fitted with 30 replaceable tungsten carbide inserts that are easy to index or swap out, if you damage an insert there's no need for time-consuming setup or adjustments, just unscrew, index or replace, it is that easy. Each of the inserts has 4 cutting edges so this allows for several changes before having to replace the insert.

Additional features include 4 precision ground steel posts in each corner of the cutter block to ensure accuracy & consistency along with a head clamping system, so you know that the cutting depth won’t change during operation. The machine also features a front-mounted depth of cut gauge indicator, safety anti-kickback fingers, dust chute & stainless steel in-feed & out-feed tables.
