The hardened Ø90mm precision-ground SAE 1050 steel rolls produce smooth, accurate curves, while the two driven rolls provide controlled feeding and consistent rolling performance. Its initial pinch design keeps operation simple and efficient for both one-off and repeat fabrication work. The bottom roll height is adjusted via a wedge-type design that moves both sides simultaneously, allowing quick and controlled positioning with a single handle movement.

Integrated wiring grooves add extra versatility, while the quick-action swivel-out top roller allows fast and easy removal of finished cylindrical and conical workpieces.

Need to roll cones and tapered sections? The built-in conical bending device allows trapezoidal or fan-shaped sheet metal to be formed into tapered cone shapes with ease, making the SRG-90 ideal for custom fabrication and specialised rolling applications.
