Mobile Welding Fume Filter - Twin Arm Clear Air Dual Stage HEPA Filter System

Description

METALMASTER ClearAir mobile welding fume filter unit is a compact fume extraction and filtering unit designed for efficiently filtering of welding fumes.

Integrated spark separators and first stage metal pre-filters minimise the fire risk during the welding processes.

The air that is output from the unit has been filtered through HEPA H13 Class filters compliant with EN1822:2019 and ISO 29463 standards, so it is fully respirable clear air. (99.95% dust separation for 0.1~0.2 micron particles)

The unit can be used for Mig, Tig & Arc welding on all materials that produce intense fumes and minor dust during the process.

The unit is supplied complete with 2 x CleanAir Exo-Joint high velocity fume extraction arm ensuring the highest airflow efficiency with low drag characteristics. The CleanAir Exo-Joint arm is up to 56% more efficient than an arm with a pleated hose and internal support.
