You now don't have to choose between buying a seperate planer or a thicknesser – with the PT-254S you can have the best of both worlds in one machine. Hafco Woodmaster has designed a machine now that includes a "Spiral Cutter Head" that cuts your timber effortlessly smoother and quieter than the conventional HSS blades.

The surfacing tables are 1100mm long, made from cast iron and precision ground finish to ensure material to slide smoothly to produce accurate results. The spiral cutter head is fitted with German quality carbide inserts and powered by a powerful 2.2kW / 3hp, 240V motor that can handle the toughest timbers to achieve superior finish every time.

This versatile machine features an extra heavy duty cast aluminium extruded fence with centered controls for quick adjustments, and a built-in dust chute capable of handling both operations.
