Description

Its heavy duty build quality is perfect for any workshop looking for a higher level of filtration in their sandblasting cabinet with the design incorporating a 2-stage filtration system.

Firstly, the cyclone separator removes the airborne particulates using a vortex effect, pushing these particles in a downward spiral into a large 22L catch bin to avoid them from reaching the filter media. The externally mounted catch bin is conveniently located making is easy to quickly dispose of the waste saving precious time without having to get into the internals of the unit. Secondly, the semi-clean air is then filtered through the PET pleated filter cartridge ensuring clean air is discharged from the unit. This 2-stage process not only maintains clean air but also maintains the longevity of the filter cartridge saving you time & money.

The internal fan unit has an impressive capacity of 870 cubic metres per hour to aid in a high volume or air movement allowing a cleaner & far superior level of visibility within the sandblast cabinet plus the unit is easily retrofittable to any of our Hafco industrial sandblast cabinets. The unit comes supplied standard with 1.5m of 100mm hose & mounting flange.
