• CNC automatic band saw, hydraulically driven enables 99 different cutting lengths and number of cuts can be memorised, with the possibility to repeat them more than once
• CNC controls with programming of all operations; machine status shown on display, including blade speed, piece counter; working anomalies shown, too; setting of the cutting lengths (from 4 - 9999mm) by means of the keyboard on the control panel with repetition hitch feeder strokes
• Mitre cutting from 0° to 45° right in automatic cycle and from 0° to 60° right in semi-automatic cycle
• Automatic Kerf Compensation: = Blade Cut Thickness for multiple indexing: This function allows and calculates the blade cut thickness into the programmed cut length so you achieve desired length required (factory pre-set)
• Hydraulic fixed vice, anti-burr hydraulic vertical vice on the unloading side
• Adjustment of the blade tension from the front side of the saw frame, checked by an end-stroke
• Electronic inverter control for variable speed from 18-100m/min
• Bundle cutting clamps ( Nesting Fixture ) allows 300 x 120mm or 120 x 20mm capacity
• Blade tension 2300 kg/cm, blade guides with hard metal pads will enable a longer blade life providing the correct cutting parameters are set
• Hardened chromium-plated and tempered metal blade guides & additional bearing for blade alignment
• Mechanical device (position sensor) that allows the saw frame to lower quickly toward the material and automatically switch to cutting feed rate for increasing production
• Feeder with 350 mm opening, maximum stroke 515 mm, minimum stroke 4 mm (minimum scrap 80 mm); incremental feeding with automatic calculation of the blade thickness.
• Connection for loading table with two vertical rollers, unloading slide, connection for unloading table with guide for cutting pieces.
